This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia.

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor will play a pivotal role in our organization, serving as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of client projects, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of client needs and objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering positive relationships and addressing any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of client projects, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review project progress, discuss upcoming initiatives, and identify new opportunities for collaboration
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and growth within the organization

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines (i.e., FDA regulations)
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $95,000-$110,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time
