In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the small and mid-sized legal firm segment by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will play a key role in expanding market presence by engaging prospects, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and positioning software solutions that help clients improve efficiency and profitability. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will collaborate with marketing and sales development teams while owning your pipeline and revenue outcomes. This position is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on outbound activity, consultative selling, and building long-term client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to law firms, helping them understand the value of technology in transforming their operations.   • Accountabilities You will own the full end-to-end sales cycle, focusing on generating new business opportunities, converting prospects, and closing deals within the SMB legal market. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and expansion across a competitive SaaS landscape. Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to product demos, negotiation, and closing new business Conduct cold outreach and convert prospects into qualified pipeline opportunities Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and ROI to law firms Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and position solutions effectively Build trusted, long-term relationships that encourage renewals, referrals, and customer loyalty Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize pipeline generation Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance metrics Act as a consultative partner, helping clients rethink and improve their business operations Requirements You bring a strong foundation in B2B sales with a consultative approach and a proven ability to manage deals from prospecting through close.
