The position involves hands-on ownership of reporting, dashboards, and data validation processes that drive program consistency and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and property stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and strong service outcomes. A key part of the role is translating data into clear narratives that support decision-making and client communication. This is a highly analytical, detail-driven role where your work directly influences operational improvements and national program success. - Accountabilities Manage and standardize large-scale waste and recycling datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across reporting systems. Build, maintain, and optimize recurring reporting processes, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools using Excel and Power BI. Conduct trend, variance, and cost analyses to identify performance gaps, savings opportunities, and operational improvements. Own supplier reporting workflows, including monthly refresh cycles, quality assurance checks, and issue resolution tracking. Coordinate cross-functional project execution using tools such as ClickUp, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities are effectively managed. Support client-facing reporting and communications by translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and presentations. Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve program-wide reporting standards. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, operations, reporting, or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset manipulation. Experience working with large datasets and identifying trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences. Experience in waste management, recycling, logistics, facilities, or multifamily operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, ClickUp, or similar reporting and project management tools is a plus. Working knowledge of waste-related billing structures (e.g., hauling, tonnage, overages) is beneficial. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $63,000 to $76,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonus programs. Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Generous paid time off package, including vacation, sick leave, personal days, and paid holidays. 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Parental leave and fertility/adoption/surrogacy reimbursement benefits. Remote-first flexibility across the United States (excluding Alaska). Employee assistance programs, wellness support, and additional voluntary benefits. Long-term growth opportunities within a large-scale, data-driven operational environment.
