Job Description

Trade Nation is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Paid Media team and drive customer acquisition through affiliate, direct display and programmatic channels.

You will own the day-to-day management and optimisation of affiliate campaigns, partnerships and performance, with a strong focus on FTTs, CAC and sustainable growth. Working closely with Paid Media, Marketing Data, Creative, CRO and Compliance, you will identify new opportunities, test and scale what works, and ensure all activity meets FCA requirements.

*This is a six-month contract, with the potential to extend onto other projects within Trade Nation.*

  • At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services or another regulated industry, with a good understanding of financial trading products such as CFDs, forex or spread betting.
  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks, ideally Impact.com and/or FinanceAds.
  • Experience managing direct display partnerships and programmatic campaigns, ideally using StackAdapt; DV360 experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, postbacks, pixels, attribution and performance reporting.
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing CAC, CPA, commissions and payback.
  • Proven ability to test, optimise and scale campaigns across creative, placements, offers and partners.
  • Comfortable working closely with Compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Working knowledge of paid social and paid search, including Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google Ads and/or Bing Ads.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, Portuguese, Polish or German would be a strong advantage.
