We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help automate and improve our home care and home health operations. This role will work closely with leadership to implement AI tools, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes.
- Build and manage AI assistants using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and similar tools.
- Create automated workflows using Zapier, Make, Power Automate, and other platforms.
- Integrate AI tools with CRM systems and business software.
- Develop AI-powered SOPs, knowledge bases, and documentation.
- Analyze workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks.
- Improve scheduling, staffing, and workforce utilization.
- Create dashboards and reports to track performance and KPIs.
- Streamline recruiting and onboarding processes through automation.
- Implement AI-assisted candidate screening and workforce analytics.
- Support employee retention and scheduling initiatives.
- Automate CRM workflows, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
- Develop reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on business data.
- Support leadership with strategic projects and technology initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and process improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate implementation of AI and automation projects across departments.
- 2+ years of experience with AI, automation, or workflow optimization.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, home health, or senior care is highly preferred.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents, custom GPTs, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize end-to-end automated business processes that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skill
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
Technical requirements
- Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
- Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
