Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and mature AI Business Analyst to join our client's team on a freelance basis with an estimated workload of up to 30 hours per month. This role is not just about writing requirements — we need someone who thinks in solutions, speaks the same language as tech teams, works hands-on with AI tools, and can confidently guide clients all the way from a raw idea to a structured scope.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML system architecture, including MLOps, data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.

  • Experience designing solutions on Microsoft Azure platforms (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure Bot, Foundry, Web App, Azure Bing OpenAI, Copilot Studio) or AWS SageMaker / GCP Vertex AI.

  • Knowledge of principles for building RAG systems, LLM-based solutions, and multi-agent systems.

  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DWH, Data Lake, API, Power BI, etc.).

  • Skills working with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Advanced knowledge of Python, experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI SDK.

  • Experience preparing Solution Design, Architecture Diagrams (C4 model), and technical documentation.

  • Understanding of Data Governance principles, data security, and AI ethics (including EU AI Act requirements).

  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Knowledge of the Ukrainian language.

Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing Copilot-like solutions and integration with Microsoft 365 / Teams / SharePoint / Viva.

  • Experience optimizing the cost and performance of AI solutions.

  • Certifications: Azure AI Engineer / Solution Architect Expert / AWS ML Specialty / TOGAF.

  • Experience participating in R&D projects, PoC, and MVP based on LLMs.

  • Experience as a team leader and mentoring technical specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to define business goals and translate them into clear requirements.

  • Contribute to AI-driven prototyping and solution shaping (LLM, RAG, multi-agent systems).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and dev teams to turn raw ideas into a structured scope.

  • Design high-level architecture diagrams (C4 model) and plan AI integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DWH).

  • Write, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria in the backlog.
