- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Enablement Trainer & Workshop Facilitator based in the United States. This client-facing role helps organizations turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, measurable business value. You’ll design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, webinars, and executive briefings tailored to diverse audiences. The role combines AI expertise, adult learning, facilitation, consulting, and change enablement to help clients confidently adopt AI in their workflows. You’ll guide teams through use-case discovery and hands-on sessions while translating business needs into practical AI solutions. You’ll also champion responsible AI practices around privacy, security, accuracy, bias, and human oversight. Working across business, technical, governance, sales, and project teams, you’ll help accelerate adoption and demonstrate tangible outcomes.
- Accountabilities Design and deliver engaging AI training sessions, workshops, webinars, executive briefings, and hands-on enablement experiences for clients. Facilitate AI use-case discovery sessions that help organizations identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery. Translate business challenges into practical AI workflows, prompts, job aids, learning resources, and implementation guidance. Customize training and enablement programs for executives, managers, functional teams, and end users with different levels of AI experience. Educate clients on responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, confidentiality, accuracy, bias mitigation, and appropriate human oversight. Partner with consulting, technical, governance, sales, and project teams to support broader client AI adoption and transformation initiatives. Monitor AI adoption and business outcomes, using client feedback and performance indicators to recommend additional coaching, training, or support. Build trusted client relationships by anticipating needs, solving complex problems, communicating clearly, and consistently delivering valuable outcomes. Act as an inspiring coach who helps clients, colleagues, and partners build confidence and practical fluency with AI technologies. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in technology training, client enablement, learning and development, instructional design, consulting, change management, digital adoption, business transformation, or a related field. Hands-on experience using generative AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, or AI-enabled business applications in professional environments. Strong client-facing presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with executives, managers, technical specialists, and end users. Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical business workflows, use cases, and actionable recommendations. Demonstrated experience creating training materials, presentations, guides, job aids, and other learning resources. Understanding of responsible AI principles and the ability to explain considerations such as privacy, security, confidentiality, accuracy, bias, and human oversight. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a curious and continuous-learning mindset. Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Highly client-focused, dependable, collaborative, and proactive, with strong judgment and a commitment to delivering on promises. Preferred experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gamma, or comparable solutions. Background in consulting, technology services, managed services, ERP, CRM, cloud, cybersecurity, professional services, or digital transformation is advantageous. Relevant training or certifications in instructional design, adult learning, change management, AI, responsible AI, facilitation, or technology enablement are a plus. Ability to obtain customer approval where required for access to customer information, systems, or premises. Benefits: Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year.
