In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of a mobile bill payment ecosystem, developing robust backend services and supporting mobile application initiatives.   • Accountabilities: Develop and enhance backend services and mobile payment applications focused on bill payments and digital transactions. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs. Build and maintain integrations with internal and external payment systems, including PIX, credit, and debit services. Ensure system reliability, resilience, and low-latency performance through observability and monitoring best practices. Contribute to architecture decisions, automated testing strategies, and CI/CD improvements. Participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities alongside the engineering team. Share technical knowledge, mentor peers, and promote software engineering best practices. Collaborate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Strong expertise in Go programming language and its paradigms. Solid understanding of communication protocols such as HTTP and WebSocket. Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven or data-driven architectures. Familiarity with agile software development environments and workflows. Experience with Git version control systems. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. Knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with relational databases and microservices architecture. Understanding of concurrency concepts and coroutine-related patterns. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative mindset.
