Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, resilient Appointment Setter. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in fueling the sales pipeline. Your mission is to engage prospects, qualify their needs, and bridge the gap between initial interest and a formal consultation. This is a high-volume outbound role designed for someone who thrives on the chase and is motivated by hitting daily targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a high volume of outbound activity, maintaining a consistent pace of 100+ dials per day.
- Prospect, qualify, and follow up with leads to generate interest in our services.
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism to secure booked appointments.
- Maintain an organized CRM, ensuring all lead data and interaction notes are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified meetings.
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound sales or SDR role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a persuasive telephone presence.
- A "hunter" mentality with the grit to handle rejection and remain motivated throughout the day.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general sales technology stacks.
- Previous experience in a remote sales environment.
- Direct experience in B2B appointment setting.
- Familiarity with specific script-based selling and objection-handling frameworks.
