Oversee integrated timelines, workflows, and workback schedules to ensure smooth coordination across all campaign deliverables. Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and improved operational efficiency across media planning and execution processes. Support the development of case studies, best practices, and thought leadership materials based on campaign learnings. Mentor junior team members, supporting their growth in client communication, strategic thinking, and campaign management. Requirements: 4+ years of experience managing large client accounts within media, advertising, or marketing environments. Proven experience in media planning and audience-driven campaign strategy using tools such as MediaOcean Prisma, Comscore, GWI, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent client-facing communication skills, with experience leading presentations and managing senior stakeholder relationships. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Strong collaboration skills with experience working across investment, analytics, and operations teams. Leadership mindset with a desire to mentor others and contribute to team development. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable challenging the status quo to improve outcomes and performance. Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from CAD $100,000 to $130,000, based on experience and qualifications. Hybrid or remote work flexibility depending on role requirements and location. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Paid time off and supportive work-life balance policies. Opportunities for career growth within a fast-scaling, global digital marketing environment. Access to advanced media tools, platforms, and data-driven marketing technologies.
