As an Associate Principal Engineer, you will lead the design and development of modern full-stack JavaScript solutions that power innovative digital products and services. • Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack JavaScript applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Lead technical solution design and contribute to architecture decisions that support performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Review code, establish engineering best practices, and promote high standards for software quality, testing, and documentation. Mentor and support developers by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive innovation across the software development lifecycle. Contribute to agile ceremonies, technical planning, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Extensive professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development. Strong expertise with modern JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and contemporary frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud-based applications, and distributed systems. Experience working with databases, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, testing methodologies, and secure coding practices. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and make sound architectural decisions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in agile, collaborative, and fast-paced development environments.
