Job Description

Ready to run Amazon ops for a quality-first signage brand? Apply now!

$2,250-2,750/month | Full-time | GMT
We're Assured Signs, an e-commerce business that makes signage people actually rely on.

Every sign we ship helps a business run better or keeps someone safe - whether it's a warehouse floor marker, a fire exit sign, or a custom storefront display. We operate across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK, and we've built our reputation on one simple promise: lifetime warranty, no questions asked.

We're a small team, which means your work shows up quickly. There's no labyrinth of approvals or pointless meetings - just clear problems to solve and room to grow as the business does.

We value quality over speed, curiosity over knowing it all, and people who care about making things work properly. If you like the idea of working somewhere your decisions actually move the needle, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for an Amazon Operations Specialist. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the mechanics of running a multi-marketplace Amazon business and wants to grow with a company rather than just tick boxes. You'll handle the day-to-day operations that keep our business running smoothly across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

In this role, you will:

📋 Execute Amazon operations tasks and gradually take ownership of new initiatives

💻 Handle customer care emails (mostly FBA, roughly one per day on average)

📊 Manage forecasting using Sostocked - creating transfer orders, loading shipments, adjusting for seasonality

💰 Oversee PPC performance using M19 - daily reviews, adjusting TACoS targets, balancing organic ranking and margins

✏️ Run daily controls across systems to catch issues before they become problems

You'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30 GMT.

Ready to run Amazon ops for a quality-first signage brand? Apply now!$2,250-2,750/month | Full-time | GMTWe're Assured Signs, an e-commerce business that makes signage people actually rely on. Every sign we ship helps a business run better...

To be successful in this role, you need:

✅ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and day-to-day operations

✅ An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

✅ Excellent problem-solving abilities - the kind where you dig into data and figure things out

✅ Fluent English and good communication skills (you'll be writing to customers and collaborating with the team)

✅ A proactive, self-starter mentality - someone who goes after tasks without needing to be told

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain basics

⭐ PPC knowledge and understanding the difference between ACoS and TACoS

⭐ Familiarity with tools like Sostocked, M19, or similar platforms

⭐ Being tech-savvy and comfortable researching new tools and staying on top of trends

The right person for this role is naturally curious and eager to learn, because e-commerce shifts every six months or so. You're comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team and thinking outside the box when problems pop up.

Rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions, you create your own plan of activities and run with it.

This is an early-to-mid career role with real room to grow - over time, you'll start running operations independently and taking on more ownership as the business scales.
