Responsibilities:
- Uploading instructions from lenders onto the internal system.
- Contacting customers to schedule property survey appointments.
- Managing the surveyor's diary and coordinating appointments efficiently within their area to minimize travel.
- Handling inbound calls from customers requesting valuations.
- Converting leads into sales for valuations (as B2C business increases).
- General administrative tasks and email management (Microsoft Outlook).
- Accessing lender portals and using Microsoft Excel for case management.
Requirements:
- Strong phone manner and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Logical thinking and ability to coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Sales skills and ability to convert leads.
- General administrative skills (email, basic computer systems).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
