You will work closely with Sales, Creative, and Production teams to turn client briefs into clear, persuasive strategic responses that drive engagement and commercial impact. The position plays a key role in pitching ideas, supporting major client moments, and helping define scalable campaign products around cultural and seasonal tentpole events. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where agility, storytelling, and strategic thinking are essential. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to influence both creative direction and commercial outcomes. - Accountabilities: Lead the strategic development of client briefs, crafting clear, compelling, and on-brand responses in close collaboration with Sales and Creative teams. Build persuasive presentations and pitch decks that communicate ideas effectively and support winning new business and client renewals. Contribute to upsell opportunities by identifying strategic angles that enhance campaign value and deliver measurable results. Apply performance and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously improve strategic outputs. Support the development of scalable campaign products tied to cultural moments and tentpole events, contributing fresh ideas and innovative formats. Collaborate across Creative, Production, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging, efficient execution, and high-quality delivery under tight deadlines. Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in brand strategy, campaign strategy, integrated marketing, media, or creative agency environments. Proven ability to translate client briefs into strong strategic concepts and contribute to successful pitch development. Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling, well-structured decks. Deep understanding of social media platforms, content ecosystems, and Gen Z and youth culture trends. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Perplexity for ideation and workflow acceleration. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics to refine strategy and creative direction. Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams. Proficiency in presentation and productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and Canva.
