• This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity for a mid-level Business Analyst supporting business and technology teams across the delivery lifecycle. You will translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and practical solutions. The role combines requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication, and implementation support. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders in a collaborative international environment. Your work will help identify process improvements, clarify priorities, and ensure delivered solutions address real business needs. The position also involves supporting User Acceptance Testing, managing dependencies and open issues, and maintaining accurate project documentation. Strong communication, analytical thinking, organization, and advanced English are essential for success in this role.
• Accountabilities Meet with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, existing processes, and requirements. Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements. Document business requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related process information. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for practical improvements and greater efficiency. Work closely with project managers, product owners, developers, and other technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout delivery. Help prioritize business requests and maintain visibility into decisions, dependencies, risks, and outstanding issues. Support initiatives through implementation by tracking requirements and helping ensure solutions remain aligned with business objectives. Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios, coordinating stakeholder feedback, and validating delivered solutions against requirements. Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring information is clearly understood across different audiences. Communicate project updates, analysis findings, requirements, risks, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner. Manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities while maintaining accurate, organized, and accessible documentation. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support data, reporting, and business analysis activities when required. Requirements At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable business analysis role. Hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements. Experience documenting business processes, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to ask effective questions, identify underlying needs, and translate business objectives into actionable requirements. Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams. Experience supporting projects through implementation and User Acceptance Testing. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track dependencies, and follow issues through to resolution. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common collaboration and documentation tools. Advanced English proficiency (C1) and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams. Familiarity with Agile delivery environments is an advantage. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar requirements and process documentation tools is desirable. Experience analyzing reports, KPIs, or business data to support decision-making is a plus. Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data-related initiatives is beneficial. Experience in supply chain, distribution, merchandising, or other large enterprise environments is advantageous. Experience identifying and recommending business process improvements is a plus.
