Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Build and maintain automation solutions using Python
  • Develop AI-powered workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency
  • Create advanced Excel models, trackers, dashboards, formulas, and reporting systems
  • Automate data cleaning, transformation, and reporting workflows
  • Consolidate and manage datasets from multiple sources
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools for business performance tracking
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions
  • Document workflows, automation logic, and SOPs
  • Continuously improve internal systems and operational processes

  • Strong Python programming skills for scripting and automation
  • Advanced Excel expertise (required), including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • Power Query
    • Complex formulas
    • Dashboards
    • Data validation
    • Automation/macros/VBA is a plus
  • Experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms
  • Experience with SQL and database querying
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools
  • API integration experience
  • Experience building internal operational tools
  • Experience in MSP, IT services, or operations-heavy environments
