We are looking for a Business Automation Analyst who will optimize business processes through automation, advanced Excel solutions, Python scripting, and AI-powered workflows. This role is responsible for reducing manual work, improving reporting accuracy, and building scalable systems that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Build and maintain automation solutions using Python
- Develop AI-powered workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency
- Create advanced Excel models, trackers, dashboards, formulas, and reporting systems
- Automate data cleaning, transformation, and reporting workflows
- Consolidate and manage datasets from multiple sources
- Build dashboards and reporting tools for business performance tracking
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions
- Document workflows, automation logic, and SOPs
- Continuously improve internal systems and operational processes
- Strong Python programming skills for scripting and automation
- Advanced Excel expertise (required), including:
- Pivot Tables
- Power Query
- Complex formulas
- Dashboards
- Data validation
- Automation/macros/VBA is a plus
- Experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms
- Experience with SQL and database querying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process improvement mindset
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools
- API integration experience
- Experience building internal operational tools
- Experience in MSP, IT services, or operations-heavy environments
