- Accountabilities: The Business Development Manager, Enterprise will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, growing strategic accounts, and increasing adoption of enterprise technology solutions. This role requires strong sales execution, technical communication skills, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships throughout the full sales lifecycle. Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise-level customers while expanding relationships with existing customers. Drive adoption of the platform ecosystem within enterprise organizations by presenting business and technical value propositions. Develop customized room standards and solution approaches based on customer requirements and technology objectives. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions for prospective customers. Build and maintain strong technical knowledge of enterprise AV solutions and evolving industry trends. Identify sales opportunities and maintain accurate opportunity tracking through CRM systems. Achieve key performance indicators related to new customer acquisition, pipeline growth, sales activities, and revenue objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including strategic accounts, channel partners, and consultant relationships, to support customer success. Develop a strong understanding of enterprise AV/IT structures, workflows, use cases, and purchasing processes. Manage the complete customer acquisition journey, from initial prospecting through contract closure. Attend industry trade shows, customer events, technical training sessions, and local roadshows to generate engagement and business opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, customer activity updates, and pipeline information. Continuously improve sales approaches through training, market insights, and feedback. Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer outcomes. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong background in technology solutions, customer development, and consultative selling. You should be comfortable engaging technical and business stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles, and translating technical capabilities into measurable customer value. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience within the AV, IT, technology, or related industries. Proven experience identifying, developing, and closing enterprise-level customer opportunities. Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, relationship development, solution presentation, negotiation, and order completion. Experience collaborating with channel partners, consultants, strategic account teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong technical understanding of AV technology solutions or comparable enterprise technology platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills with the ability to engage audiences at multiple levels. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with strong time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize opportunities, manage a sales territory, and allocate resources strategically. Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales management tools, including CRM and ERP platforms. Ability to maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and customer activity documentation. Willingness to travel approximately 1–40% as required.
