Position Summary
GateHouse Treatment is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven team member to serve as our Clinical Outreach Coordinator for the Massachusetts region.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, educating referral partners, and helping connect individuals and families with quality substance use disorder treatment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage referral relationships throughout an assigned Massachusetts territory.
- Represent GateHouse Treatment with hospitals, treatment providers, medical practices, behavioral health organizations, community agencies, and other referral partners.
- Conduct outreach meetings, networking visits, educational presentations, and community events.
- Promote GateHouse's full continuum of care and unique clinical programming.
- Collaborate closely with Admissions to support prospective clients and referral sources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities and referral communications.
- Meet established outreach and engagement goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Marketing, Human Services, or related field preferred).
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts.
