Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,050, based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based compensation structure with potential eligibility for a sign-on bonus (for licensed candidates). Full benefits package from day one, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage. Retirement savings options such as 401(k) and pension plans, plus additional financial wellness programs. Paid time off, flexible scheduling options, and support for work-life balance.
