Job Description
As a Cloud Administrator I you will be responsible for assisting with the foundational support and maintenance of customer-hosted cloud environments. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will perform basic troubleshooting, contribute to upgrade and patching processes, and help ensure the stability of cloud systems. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals beginning their careers in cloud technology, offering hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and administrative tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for cloud-hosted applications and services.
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Escalate Tier 3–4 issues to the Cloud Services team with clear documentation.
- Assist with scheduled upgrades and patching across platforms.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Participate in onboarding and training sessions for new tools and systems.
- Support SSL certificate renewals and DNS configurations (Cloudflare).
- Assist with Sonis SaaS updates and validation across client environments.
- Collaborate with team members on PowerFAIDS upgrades.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Server administration.
- Basic understanding of Networking.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when appropriate
- Apply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight
The pay range for this position is $50,000-$55,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
