  • This role can be hired into London, Paris, Madrid or Milan. Amazon XCM is seeking a Copywriter responsible for lifecycle engagement creative across EU marketing programmes. These programmes drive customer acquisition, category discovery, engagement and Prime member growth across EU marketplaces. This role focuses on identifying the core creative idea and how that idea travels across the full funnel and across motion, social and digital channels. Lifecycle engagement programmes operate at high speed and require creative thinking that works natively in the environments where customers discover, consider and engage with Amazon. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Engagement Art Director on larger initiatives while also leading campaign thinking independently across multiple programmes. The successful candidate brings strong conceptual instincts and understands how creative ideas connect brand storytelling with measurable customer action. EU marketing operates across 12+ markets in multiple languages, each at different stages of brand maturity and customer acquisition. You will develop messaging frameworks that are explicitly built for localisation and adaptation - enabling creative to scale across markets and languages without losing effectiveness. Experience developing scalable copy frameworks for multi-language markets and AI tooling is essential. Key job responsibilities - Develop campaign concepts and creative ideas for mid-funnel programmes including customer acquisition, category discovery, engagement and Prime growth initiatives - Translate customer insights and marketing objectives into clear creative ideas across social, motion and digital channels - Write and develop campaign messaging including headlines, scripts and social-first storytelling - Develop messaging frameworks and creative structures that support experimentation, iteration and AI-assisted copy generation across lifecycle programmes. - Partner with the Lifecycle Art Director to bring concepts to life across digital and social formats - Work with marketing and category teams to identify opportunities for creative experimentation and iteration - Ensure creative ideas scale effectively across EU marketplaces while remaining culturally relevant to local audiences
Basic Qualifications
  • - Experience creating customer-facing content, such as copywriting, scriptwriting, jingle writing or comedy writing - Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams - Experience developing campaign concepts and messaging frameworks across multiple marketing channels and across the full funnel - Demonstrable experience developing scalable messaging frameworks or modular copy systems for multi-language, multi-market digital campaigns - particularly across EU markets - Deep understanding of how language, tone and messaging must adapt across EU languages and markets - Experience developing creative for performance marketing, acquisition or engagement campaigns
