Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Provide clear explanations and assistance regarding software, hardware, and technical support issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and product updates to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service within the IT sector is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
