- Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery within the automotive sector.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience processes.
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- A strong passion for the automotive industry and high-end brand representation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while based in Greece.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly valued.
