- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our specialized transportation management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and maintain the highest standards in the transportation industry.
- Contribute to the positive reputation of the brand by delivering exceptional, empathetic, and professional communication.
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the transportation or travel sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering service excellence within the transportation industry.
