In this role, you will help shape and scale high-performance digital solutions in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment. You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to design robust backend architectures, deliver scalable APIs, and drive technical excellence across the product ecosystem.   • Accountabilities: Develop and evolve core backend products using technologies such as Ruby on Rails or Golang to deliver scalable and innovative features. Act in a hands-on technical leadership role, contributing actively to coding, architecture discussions, and engineering best practices. Design and implement high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code following clean architecture principles and modern development standards. Support the integration of AI-based solutions and data-driven functionalities to optimize products and internal processes. Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning within the team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define technical roadmaps, improve system architecture, and enhance development processes. Serve as a bridge between developers and engineering leadership, helping prioritize initiatives and ensure delivery excellence. Contribute to monitoring, scalability, observability, and performance improvements across backend services and infrastructure. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend software development, preferably with Ruby on Rails or Golang. Previous experience acting as a technical reference or Tech Lead within engineering teams. Strong expertise in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including efficient data modeling practices. Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments, including AWS and Kubernetes. Solid knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or Grafana. Experience working with messaging systems and asynchronous processing tools such as Kafka, SQS, or Sidekiq. Proficiency in automated testing frameworks, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Git, Linux, and scalable RESTful API development. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies, including LLM integrations, AI frameworks, or data-driven product functionalities. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to support engineering alignment and team development.
