Embed security controls into LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows to mitigate emerging AI-specific threats. Conduct threat modeling, architecture risk assessments, and AI security testing, including adversarial testing and red teaming exercises. Define and implement AI governance, auditability, and observability frameworks to support compliance, monitoring, and incident response. Assess risks related to AI supply chains, including third-party models, training data provenance, and external APIs. Advise clients on secure AI architecture decisions involving cloud platforms, identity and access management, APIs, and data protection strategies. Translate complex technical risks into business-aligned insights and executive-level recommendations. Contribute to AI security strategy, reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and thought leadership content. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, AI/ML engineering, or enterprise architecture roles. Proven experience designing and delivering secure, production-grade AI or generative AI systems. Deep expertise in LLM-based architectures, agentic AI systems, and modern AI deployment patterns. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and associated security capabilities. Expertise in identity and access management (IAM), data protection, API security, and enterprise risk management. Experience performing AI security assessments, threat modeling, and adversarial testing methodologies. Familiarity with AI security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, NIST AI RMF, and MLSecOps practices. Strong client-facing experience with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders effectively. Experience in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53) is highly valued. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or cloud security certifications are considered a strong plus. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and ability to translate technical risk into business impact. Benefits: Competitive total compensation ranging approximately from $210,000 to $234,000 including performance-based incentives. Base salary estimated between $175,000 and $195,000 depending on experience, certifications, and location factors. Eligibility for annual incentive compensation program aligned with performance outcomes. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Access to wellness programs and additional employee support resources. Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI security challenges across enterprise-scale environments. Strong focus on professional development, thought leadership, and technical growth. Exposure to high-impact client engagements in a fast-evolving digital and AI transformation landscape.
