You will help transform customer insights into scalable digital solutions while driving innovation across the product lifecycle.
  • Accountabilities Define and lead the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of one or more digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on value, feasibility, and user impact. Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch digital products using agile methodologies. Manage and groom product backlogs, write user stories, and ensure effective prioritization and delivery execution. Define product success metrics, monitor performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven optimization decisions. Communicate product strategy, updates, and performance insights to internal stakeholders and external partners. Gather and integrate customer feedback to continuously improve product functionality and user experience. Requirements 5+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in agile environments with exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle ownership. Strong understanding of product development processes, UX/UI principles, and human-centered design methodologies. Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data/analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions. Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders and influencing product direction. Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and drive execution in complex environments. Experience in digital platforms such as cloud, identity management, infrastructure, or data-driven systems is a plus.
