- Accountabilities: Handle high-volume inbound phone and chat interactions, assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. Deliver high-quality customer service by demonstrating strong problem-solving, ownership, and consultative sales skills. Meet performance targets related to call quality, sales conversion, and revenue generation. Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM tools such as Salesforce. Identify, escalate, and report technical, product, or process issues encountered during customer interactions. Maintain schedule adherence and productivity standards while managing a fast-paced workflow. Collaborate closely with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and support overall team performance. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and consultative approach to sales. Ability to think critically, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing customer needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including basic Excel skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace. Ability to type at least 40+ WPM for phone interactions and 45+ WPM for chat support. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently. Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to perform effectively in a remote environment. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven setting.
