- Accountabilities: Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of production-grade AI/ML and agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients across multiple industries. Build and scale a high-performing India-based AI/ML delivery organization, including hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering and architecture teams. Translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions leveraging LLMs, cloud-native AI/ML platforms, and modern orchestration frameworks. Drive end-to-end project execution from discovery and solution design through deployment, optimization, and production support. Collaborate with global leadership, engineering, analytics, and partner teams to align technical execution with strategic business objectives. Establish engineering best practices across SDLC processes, testing, observability, governance, and production readiness standards. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive leadership by communicating technical strategy, business value, ROI, and delivery risks effectively. Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and scalable delivery models to improve efficiency and consistency across engagements. Support strategic growth initiatives through thought leadership, client workshops, partner collaboration, and go-to-market activities. Resolve complex delivery challenges, escalations, and cross-functional coordination issues with strong ownership and leadership. Requirements: 14–18 years of experience within IT services, consulting, or technology organizations, with extensive exposure to AI/ML solution delivery. 8+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms and machine learning systems. 5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling engineering organizations in fast-paced or Zero-to-One environments. Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI architectures, retrieval frameworks, and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. Deep knowledge of cloud AI/ML ecosystems including AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML, Databricks, or equivalent platforms. Proven experience deploying scalable machine learning solutions in production with strong understanding of MLOps, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management. Demonstrated success delivering projects in consulting or client-facing environments, including fixed-price and outcome-based engagements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership. Experience leading distributed global teams and collaborating across multiple regions and time zones. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are considered a plus. Industry expertise in sectors such as healthcare, retail, or manufacturing is advantageous.
