Job Description
M9 Solutions is seeking a DocuSign CLM Developer to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop DocuSign CLM document generation, including dynamic population of documents from Salesforce data.
- Build templates, workflows, approval routing, version control, redlining, comments, and role-based permissions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce–DocuSign CLM integrations, including workflow status and approval updates.
- Configure complex multi-step and parallel review/approval workflows for internal and external users.
- Support document lifecycle management, including modifications, re-approval, finalization, and read-only controls.
- Troubleshoot CLM configurations and integrations through testing and production deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
- Demonstrated hands-on, production-level DocuSign CLM development/configuration experience.
- Strong experience with DocuSign CLM APIs, document generation, templates, workflows, and approvals.
- Proven experience integrating DocuSign CLM with Salesforce.
- Experience with complex approval workflows and role-based access.
- Federal/government and Section 508 experience is a plus.
