- Investigate reports of policy violations, including harassment, misinformation, and sensitive digital content.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality while processing high volumes of data in Dutch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve safety protocols in an ever-evolving social media landscape.
- Stay updated on global trends and cultural nuances to better interpret content safety risks.
- Provide detailed feedback on policy trends to stakeholders to help improve the platform's security framework.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to ensure your expertise in trust and safety remains best-in-class.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to one of the most sought-after Dutch-speaking jobs in Europe.
- Strong proficiency in English to communicate within our diverse international team.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or trust and safety within the social media industry is considered a significant asset.
