Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries about products, services, and company policies professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer communications accurately using CRM systems to support continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to client needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed customer support.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective team communication.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package and adapt to the local culture.
