- This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Dynamics CRM Functional Associate in India. This role is centered on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions by bridging business needs with technical implementation. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional delivery teams to analyze requirements, design scalable CRM solutions, and support configuration and deployment activities. The position combines functional consulting with technical understanding, covering the full lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support. You will contribute to building efficient, enterprise-grade CRM systems aligned with business processes and industry best practices. The environment is collaborative, client-facing, and delivery-driven, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is an opportunity to work on impactful CRM transformations across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service domains.
- Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for delivering functional and technical CRM solutions across the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions. Translate functional needs into detailed solution designs and technical specifications. Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. Customize Dataverse entities, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows. Develop and support technical components including C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, and PCF components. Design and implement integrations using Azure services, APIs, and middleware platforms. Manage data migration, mapping, transformation, and governance activities. Support end-to-end delivery including testing, deployment, UAT, training, and production support. Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and alignment. Contribute to Agile or hybrid project environments while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Requirements You bring strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations, combining functional consulting expertise with technical awareness. You are confident working with clients, translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions, and supporting full-cycle delivery in enterprise environments. 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations. Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven apps), Power Automate, and Power BI. Hands-on experience with C# plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST API integrations. Strong understanding of CRM business processes such as Lead-to-Cash and Case Management. Experience with Azure Integration Services and enterprise integration patterns. Familiarity with ALM practices and Azure DevOps. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments. Ability to manage end-to-end delivery across design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are a strong advantage.
