  • The Flex ER for Mexico serves as the critical link between operations and ER, serving as the primary POC during disruptions at stations and FC´s. This role combines operational oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making to ensure business continuity. The specialist works directly with Flex field operations teams, collaborates on the implementation of new processes, monitors performance metrics, and executes ER protocols when needed. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, operational experience, bilingual fluency, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining clear communication across multiple stakeholders. This position requires an individual who has previous employee relations experience, subject matter knowledge, and strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills that enables the individual to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee relations and site support issues and projects. Key job responsibilities · Lead ER events response efforts during disruptions at stations and fulfillment centers · Conduct regular site visits to follow up on open action items at facilities. · Monitor behavioral metrics (SDS & UDD) in Mexico to identify trends and focus areas · Connect with ROW Flex ER manager to align with global practices and upcoming projects · Collaborate with Flex field operations teams through weekly syncs, policy reviews, and best practice sharing · Provide impartial consultation to cross-functional teams when law or compliance changes are required · Serve as primary point of contact for new implementations, pilots, and changes affecting delivery partner experience · Execute ER response strategies and coordinate media coverage with comms teams. · Partner with communications team to review and develop notifications and FAQs for website distribution A day in the life The position will lead the ER strategy for a line of business. This role combines operational oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making. The ER Manager works directly with Business leaders, collaborates on the implementation of law changes, new processes, monitors performance metrics, and executes ER protocols when needed. The position reports to the Mexico’s Employee Relations Head of Country. This is a full-time position that will require travel, 30-40% of the time over the course of the year. Basic Qualifications
  • - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
