• Accountabilities This role is responsible for leading engineering teams in the design, development, and delivery of a scalable analytics platform. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle while ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of backend and data engineers focused on analytics and data-intensive services Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into clear technical requirements and delivery plans Own end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with product objectives Define and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with long-term platform and business strategy Identify and address technical debt, resource gaps, and process inefficiencies to improve team velocity and output quality Make and communicate strategic trade-offs based on technical feasibility, risk, and business impact Collaborate on architecture design to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable systems Ensure clear documentation and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements This position requires extensive software engineering experience combined with proven leadership in managing high-performing technical teams.
