- Accountabilities: Monitor the performance of brands within the feminine fragrance portfolio, developing detailed analyses and performance reports to support decision-making and strategic adjustments. Work closely with key cross-functional areas, including brand, category, demand management, finance, and commercial channels, ensuring alignment of priorities and initiatives. Provide relevant analytical insights and contribute to strategic planning materials, including channel and category strategic planning. Monitor operational plans and recommend adjustments to promotional calendars, commercial actions, and market initiatives based on business performance. Support governance and efficient management of commercial budgets, ensuring resources are allocated according to business priorities. Manage agendas and business cycles across multiple brands, prioritizing efforts objectively according to market needs, performance, and strategic opportunities. Translate market and performance fluctuations into pragmatic recommendations that support sustainable business growth and achievement of targets. Requirements: Completed higher education. Strong analytical capability, with experience handling large volumes of complex data and transforming them into objective, insightful, and actionable analyses. Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Vizlo, and Google Sheets. Demonstrated ability to develop pragmatic action plans in challenging and highly competitive business environments. Strong organization and discipline in managing metrics, targets, deadlines, and multiple priorities. Proactive approach and strong sense of ownership for the brands and business areas under your responsibility. Ability to build strong relationships, connect different stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
