Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with Estonian-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant databases in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
- Fluency in Estonian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work within a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or similar software.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for embracing new cultural experiences.
