Key Responsibilities

- Act as a primary brand ambassador for our international clients, upholding the highest standards of service.

- Contribute to the success of the department by consistently meeting individual and team KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and support workflows.
- Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to this Estonian speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in a professional Customer Support Services environment is considered a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
