Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist with project management and special assignments.
- Support other administrative tasks to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
