  • Accountabilities You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions that strengthen quality and compliance systems across MedTech businesses. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate complex data challenges into scalable analytical products and automation tools. Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models to generate predictive insights and solve business problems in quality and compliance environments Design and implement scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows using Python, R, and SQL Perform data wrangling, statistical analysis, NLP, and text mining on large, complex datasets Build dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved data accessibility Explore and apply generative AI techniques to enhance analytics capabilities and operational efficiency Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reproducibility of analytical outputs in a regulated environment Collaborate with data engineers, statisticians, clinicians, and business stakeholders on end-to-end analytics initiatives Support ad hoc analytical requests and contribute to rapid-turnaround projects of varying complexity Stay current with emerging data science methodologies and implement best practices across projects Requirements This role requires strong technical expertise in data science and analytics, combined with the ability to operate in a regulated, cross-functional healthcare environment. You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong foundation in statistical and machine learning methods.
