• Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Finance Manager to lead strategic financial initiatives for our Real Estate Finance team. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to directly influence the financial strategy for AWS's global data center expansion. This role will partner with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, and optimize strategic capacity plans. Key job responsibilities - Lead strategic financial planning and analysis for complex business initiatives - Develop and implement financial strategies that support long-term business growth - Build and manage relationships with senior business partners - Provide financial oversight and guidance for major business decisions - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives - Establish and maintain robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms About the team Our Real Estate Finance team supports the development of new data centers for Amazon Web Services (AWS). Basic Qualifications

• - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience - 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience - 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
