Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
- Accurately identify, diagnose, and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions using internal CRM and ticketing systems in accordance with company protocols
- Collaborate closely with team leaders and cross-functional departments to escalate complex cases and ensure swift, satisfactory resolutions for customers
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of customer support processes by sharing feedback, identifying patterns in customer concerns, and suggesting solutions
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and key performance indicators as set by the customer support services management team
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate and helpful information to Finnish-speaking customers at all times
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to support both personal development and overall team excellence
- Native or fluent Finnish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role
- A solid working knowledge of English (B2 level or above) to facilitate internal communication within an international team environment
- Valid EU passport or appropriate documentation confirming eligibility to work within the European Union (mandatory)
- Previous experience in customer support services, call centre operations, or a client-facing role is advantageous, though not strictly required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven customer support environment with a positive and professional attitude
