Key Responsibilities

- Cultivate long-term professional relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to refine service processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and solutions within the internal management system.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of B2B service offerings.
- Represent the company with the highest degree of professionalism, upholding the standard expected of a premium consultant.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless onboarding and relocation.
- Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar B2B consultancy environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent proficiency in English to collaborate within our multinational team.
