- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Proven experience in B2B solutions consulting, sales, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about new technologies and market trends.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client engagements.
