Your Role
As a German-speaking Client Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide professional support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with their questions, requests, and account-related matters.
- Identify solutions and ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
- Use internal systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient support.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to maintain excellent service standards.
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to a new culture and working environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
- Previous client support or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Full training will be provided.
