- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a multilingual or international environment.

- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and patience.
- Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation expenses covered.
