As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist German-speaking clients throughout the rental process, ensuring an excellent and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to German-speaking customers for rental inquiries, bookings, and vehicle returns.
- Handle vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including detailed inspections and documentation.
- Explain rental terms, conditions, and policies clearly to clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain fleet availability and resolve client issues promptly.
- Stay updated on promotions, fleet updates, and company policies to offer accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (spoken and written); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or car rental industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with computer systems and rental management software.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance provided.
