Job Role: Graphic Designer
Compensation range: $1800 AUD - $2300 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join a growing, product-led team, supporting the development of clear, engaging, and high-quality visual content across multiple brands.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with structure—bringing ideas to life while ensuring designs are practical, consistent, and aligned with technical and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print, including marketing materials, product collateral, presentations, and social media assets
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across multiple product lines, ensuring consistency and quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical information into clear, engaging visual content
- Support the development of product documentation, guides, and educational materials
- Assist in designing website and digital assets, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining attention to detail
- Contribute ideas to improve visual communication, branding, and overall user engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, either in-house or within an agency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and structured design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear visual outputs
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience working with technical, engineering, or product-focused businesses
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing
- Familiarity with web design tools or platforms
