• Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or comparable roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential risks.
• Familiarity with online safety tools and content management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
