Mercier Consultancy MD is currently looking for a Greek Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. In this important role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our digital platforms by monitoring content, managing safety incidents, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Your efforts will help build a safer online environment for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor user-generated content and online interactions to identify and address potential safety violations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, analyzing evidence and recommending appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update and enhance safety policies and procedures.
- Produce detailed reports on safety concerns and trends to aid decision-making and strategy development.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in digital safety to keep protocols up to date.
- Communicate with users to promote safe online behavior and raise awareness of digital safety issues.
- Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or comparable roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential risks.
- Familiarity with online safety tools and content management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
