Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Greek-speaking players via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist players with account access, login issues, in-game enquiries, payment questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
- Stay up to date with game updates, promotions, and platform policies.
- Deliver an outstanding player experience that reflects the client's commitment to excellence.
- Native or fluent Greek language skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for gaming and online entertainment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage but not required.
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- EU citizenship or legal authorisation to work in the EU.
